In an industry where image is everything, one up and coming stylist creates confidence in her clients by keeping her pulse on the fashion world. Andréa M. Harrell, founder of the image consulting firm Glamourotti has fearlessly created her mark and styled entertainment and fashion royalty.
In the early years, Andréa studied at the University of Houston and interned within the industry with June Ambrose of Mode Squad and Triple 5 Soul.
Upon returning to Houston, TX, Andréa landed an internship with Jones Magazine and worked her way up to Editorial Fashion Manager and Head Stylist. With a keen sense of style and a desire to help people find their own personal style, Andréa created Glamourotti. Lending her talent to wardrobe styling, photo shoots and fashion shows, Glamourotti has been featured in Conde Nast Traveler, D.A.M. Magazine and Jones Magazine to name a few. Her most recent projects include Directors Cut Media and Hip Hop star Dorrough’s music video Walk that Walk and Wired to the T. She has also styled them both for the red carpet.
Andréa has attributed many things to inspiring her looks. Inspiration has come from favorite artist and designers, including Chiho Aoshima, Nicolas Ghesquiere, Miuccia Prada, Marc Jacobs, Alexander McQueen and Viktor & Rolf. These designers include shape as well as an amazing use of patterns and color in every collection. For Glamourotti, these elements are key and are the most important in design when styling a client. Up next for the company is the launch of its first fashion cartoon, Glamourotti Prep.
